We are excited to announce the SA Philosophy in Education Conference for 2027! For the first time in SA, this conference will bring together educators and philosophers from across the educational continuum (K–University) to share pedagogical and curricular practices, participate in philosophical dialogues, learn about historical and emerging topics in philosophy, and form a community.

The Federation of Asia-Pacific Philosophy in Schools Associations represents practitioners of P4C across the region. We meet biennially to reflect on our practice together. In 2027, SAPEA will host the annual conference retreat at JISA Sevenhill in the Clare Valley, SA. Arrive on Friday evening to share 3 nights and 2 days of reflective practice with colleagues.
